Step 02

Preliminary due diligence

Work with an authorized agent or lawyer. Initial background screening to reduce risk of rejection.

Step 03

Prepare supporting documents

Collect passports, birth certificates, police clearance, medical reports, proof of funds, references, and more. Complete all government forms (available only via authorized providers).

Step 04

Submit application and pay due diligence fees

Your licensed agent files the application with St Kitts and Nevis’s Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU). Mandatory due diligence fees are paid at this stage.

Independent firms conduct international background checks. The mandatory interview can be held online by default.

Step 06

Decision & approval

If approved in principle, you pay the investment amount and any remaining balances.
