It is necessary to appoint a legal representative who is authorised to act on behalf of the company in Mexico. This individual must be a resident of Mexico and can be either a Mexican citizen or a foreigner with legal residency status. CORPORATE BANK ACCOUNT
Establishing a corporate bank account in Mexico is necessary to manage financial transactions. The legal representative can facilitate this process. The bank will require the Constitutive Act, RFC, and identification documents of the legal representative and shareholders.
LEGAL ADDRESS
All companies in Mexico are required to have a registered office address within the country. This address must be a physical location (not a P.O. box) where the company can receive official communications, legal documents, and where corporate records are kept. The registered office address is specified in the company’s Constitutive Act (Articles of Incorporation) and is registered with the Public Registry of Commerce
